   Dont go anywhere near this company. I order a door mirror for my toyota which they told me was not scratched and in vgc. When it arrived there was a huge chip in the paintwork. They refused to accept this was their problem and said I could touch it up or something (not the point really). However as it was cheaper than a ne wone i fitted it anyway, only to find out it wasn't a heated door mirror either which they told me it was. I am returning it and will be getting my credit card company to refund me the money.

   Be careful if dealing with this company. I had to involve trading standards when trying to claim a refund from them. The goods I ordered did not come when promised so I cancelled my order. The next day after I had cancelled, the stuff turned up. I called them and they said it was not a problem. Just return it with a receipt of postage and they would refund the full amount. I did this. 3 weeks and many phone calls later I had not received my refund. Then they told me that they would not refund the full amount. They would charge me a 25% handling fee, £10 postage and I would have to foot the bill for returning it (£15.99); leaving me over £43 out of pocket. At this point, I took it up with trading standards.
