   I bought a rear Sam Unit for my Mercedes from Dronsfield, An exact match! perfect. However the part supplied was faulty as identified by my Mercedes specialist who provided a diagnostic analysis and print out. I contacted Dronsfield to request a refund only to be told by the owner Ian no chance. They would not believe me and said they would test it and if it showed ok on their system which was the one they used before sending it out which is faulty then they would keep it and not refund my money!! I have since been told by several people and indeed my garage to never ever use Dronsfield. A word of warning to anyone considering using them!!! BEWARE............................

   Ordered some parts, paid in full.
   Received parts I didn't order, and some of the parts I did. The parts I did order had missing parts rendering them useless. I contacted them at least 15 times and had every excuse in the book : TNT are to blame, We've got a claim with them, they are looking in their van, they are looking in their depot, we're looking in our yard to make sure we sent them, yes we deff' sent the missing parts, you should have them, there was another box that you haven't got (despite signing and receiving the number of boxes on the consignment note), we might have some other bits in the yard we can send you, no we haven't, but they might come in to us in a couple of days, I'm waiting for TNT to get back to me....
   
   Then finally when I said I don't want any of it, come and collect it and give me my money back, there ensued another 10 phone calls with a different problem every time: I might get the bits in that I've already sold you, You'll have to pay the carriage costs for our mistake (nope), I can't get the authorisation from my manager, my manager is out, she's at lunch, her horse is sick (seriously).
   
   They finally collect the parts. They are collected and delivered back to them, 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund...I call them and there are more excuses:
   the parts didn't all come back to us, TNT are bringing them back to us some time, when we get them you can have your refund (I contacted TNT and am assured they were delivered in full), oh no hang on a minute we got the bits we were missing 20 minutes ago, I asked why TNT had no record of it, and am told that they must have split the consignment at some stage and delivered these missing parts 2 weeks later 15 minutes before I called....! I ask for my refund and for the proof that TNT split the consignment.. Im still waiting...
   So to some up, Id highly recommend Dronsfield Mercedes if you like wasting your time, money and energy. Dont be fooled, it's cheaper than Mercedes for a reason. If you want parts for your car, unless you go and take them from the yard yourself, I would give these "Authur Daily" types a wide berth!
