This man has no idea of customer service. He is very rude and very abrupt. He appears to not give a damm about people at all. The price he quoted was not the price they charged to my card and when asked, was told it's VAT. I explained this should be made more clear and he then said he could also charge me again for using my c.card! I would never use him again, or trust him at all.
