   avoid at all costs, this company has had an espace with a simple fix for over 3 weeks, always "ready next day" they never return calls and make up excuses every time, and yes, the price is going up and up! they told me it would DEFINATELY be ready today for collection and so i have just been to the garage and they are closed!! i will be sending a low loader on monday to collect and take to a 'proper' garage, waste of time, bad attitudes and the lack of customer care will come back and haunt them... they will not survive unless they change the way they do business quickly

   My experience , Part not cleaned, broken,wrong part.
   Whilst it is easy with variations in parts to receive the wrong part, cleaned and tested suggests that parts will be clean and unbroken.
   Their sales receipt states no refunds on delivery costs.
   On contact they did offer replacement part which I declined ,they informed me I could return the part at my own expense for a refund.
   They were polite.
